Note : In order to sync information to Apple Watch to your Macbook Pro you have to pair Apple Watch with your iPhone5 or iPhone running on iOS9 or later version.
Step 1 :
In Apple Watch long Press & Hold the Slide Button (Until Apple Logo appears ).
Step 2 :
Now Open Watch App on your iPhone and Tap on the Language on the Apple Watch
Step 3:
Select Start Pairing icon on Apple Watch with iPhone
Step 4 :
Now select Pair Apple Watch Manually on the iPhone

Step 5 :
On Apple Watch, select Info Icon (Name of the Watch must appear on the Watch display )

In iPhone Enter 5 digits Name and 6 digits code that match with Apple Watch.
Now you have to Continue the Initial Setup on Apple Watch, In it you have to step a new Apple Watch and pick the wist. If you already done Setup than tap on Restore from Backup.
Step 7 :
In this Step you have again move to the Step 3 where you have Started Pairing the Watch with iPhone.
- After Start Pairing, tap on the Setup on New Apple Watch
- Pick the Wist Left or Right.
