Hi guys, I have an issue with my macbook. I am currently on Mac OS X 10.9.5 and I have been trying to download 10.10. However, I can't seem to find 10.10. I searched for it on the app store and it did not show up. It also does not show up when searching for an update. I have a MacBook Mid 2007 (more technically named MacBook2,1) that officially can not be upgraded beyond Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). It is however possible to install Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) on it with quite good success and not too much effort. I have tried to download Mac Office 2016 and even just Excel 2016, but both need Mac OS X 10.10. I am stuck between Mac Office 2011 and Mac Office 2016 because of Mac OS X 10.9.5. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get Word (and more importantly Excel) back on my MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9. - The application cannot be run from within the dmg. You must drag it to a folder on your filesystem (The Desktop, Applications, wherever).
- In order to show calibre in a different language, open the preferences (by pressing ⌘+P) and select your language.
- If you are using macOS older than 10.14 (Mojave), the last version of calibre that will work on your machine is 3.48, available here.
- If you are using macOS 10.8 (Mountain Lion), the last version of calibre that will work on your machine is 2.85.1, available here.
